By name, American Revival is something everyone can relate to. By sound and lyrics, most all will also appreciate. The band began in the Fall of 2010. It didn't take long for the songs to come and the band recorded an album that is available on iTunes and most other online retailers. It's called, The Worst is Over Now.
Take lead singer, Thomas Pendarvis, an Arkansas-back-woods-boy and put him in Uptown Minneapolis where alternative music thrives... and what do you get? Alternative Rootsy Rock or maybe, just maybe a new genre...call it....Punk Country? The sound is very unique, but yet comfortable. Shows are very high energy. Lyrics are catchy.
