My name is Bodizepha and I am lyrical martial artist inspiring people to enjoy life, deal with obstacles and experience happiness. Through my lyrics, rhythm and melody the curious mind is at play.

Music has been a passion of mine since I can remember. My parents met growing up in Brooklyn, NY, in middle school band class. Fifteen years later they re-met, married, and moved to Woodstock, NY. Living in a diversely musical house I grew up with saxophone and piano lessons, until I discovered the life force in playing conga drums and percussion. I know that those lessons gave me the foundation I needed to write, develop beats, engineer, and rap.

I went to Kingston High School, Kingston, NY, a public school with a diverse mix of urban students. I assimilated into the hip-hop culture and began DJing and breakdancing at age 15. By 18 I was making beats and writing lyrics and before I knew it, I was spending most of my spare time perfecting my skills. Graduating from college with a degree in Music and Video Production, I moved to Miami, where I built a recording studio. I’ve been living in Miami for 8 years and have been greatly involved with the entertainment industry. As Creative Director and Editor of the Mike Sherman Show, a internationally syndicated music celebrity TV show, I’ve met some of the heavy’s in the music industry. Traveling to different countries I saw different cultures first hand, I saw human suffering  and quickly understood the importance of peace of mind and peace in the world.

Most rappers rep their city or crew to the fullest, I represent the world and all the people in it. I speak universal truth, all religions could agree on. I am committed to abundance in every aspect of life and making a real difference in the way people perceive themselves and the outside world.
