Dani House is a 19 year old singer/songwriter based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He began writing his own songs at age 15 after teaching himself guitar, and soon after began recording prolifically. Currently he has accumulated over 20 full-length albums of original material released under various names in very limited circulation. Most of his music is lo-fi and produced on primitive equipment. His song styles vary from short acoustic bits of outsider folk, to heavily distorted garage rock style songs, with whom he has collaborated with various other local musicians. His songs are usually composed of acoustic guitar, ukulele, cheap Casio synthesizers and drums or other homemade percussion instruments. The trademark however of his songwriting is his lyrics, which are either naive, painfully direct, absurd, or even nonsensical, often times incorporating his obscure sense of humor.
