Hyawatha is a raw, DIY sound from New Brunswick, NJ. After going their seperate ways in college, four friends came back to Jersey and realized the only thing that made sense anymore was making music.

The four piece has come a long way, being kicked out of every practice space available, washing dishes to make a living and playing all over New Jersey and NYC dives/clubs. 

Everything Hyawatha does is DIY, from the artwork and promotions to the recordings and releases. 

The music is raw, noisy and honest.
