 Kristina Westin was born in the beautiful city of Östersund, Sweden. She moved to Stockholm after graduating from musical studies and then she continued with one year of musical theory at the University of Stockholm.

After the first Stockholm session she moved to Eskilstuna to become an exhibition designer. There she made friends with some musicians and started to sing in a band called "The Valets" who later on got a lot of attention during Popstad 98. She soon found out that an exhibition designer was not what she wanted to become. The music caught all of her attention.

After three years, the band members of "The Valets" went separate ways and Kristina moved back to Stockholm where she now resides. Since then she has been busy writing songs of her own and building up a reputation as a solo artist. It is high time for the world to embrace the lovely work of her composing.
