From the belly of the Midwest came the birth of an Alternative/Hip-Hop artist named Manish Law from Wichita KS. Definitely a force to be reckoned with he is blending the sounds of melodic hip-hop with a rock/pop infusion and taking the Midwest by storm with his fresh sound. Influenced by such greats as Red hot Chilli Peppers, Devin the dude, Outkast and Eminem, Manish delivers a captivating flow with mesmerizing lyrics and versatile rap patterns. The self procalimed "Keeper of the Plains" is a Kansan at heart and lover of many music genres which allows him to let his "freak flag" fly. With 3 projects under his belt in the last 2 years respectively The ManLaw Mixtape, The Day of Wreckoning Album and The Manish Vlawg Mixtape; Manish Law's work ethic is uneasily matched as he is constantly recording new music, rocking shows, and making himself visible online through his infamous YouTube Video Blogs "the Manish Vlawgs". Some recent accomplishments include gracing the July 2011 cover of Wichita's KS most prominent magazine Naked City and creating a remix to the huge single Black & Yellow by rapper Wiz Khalifa to help inspire the Wichita State Shockers Mens Basketball Division 1 team to win the 2011 NIT Championship. The song became the number #1 requested song on Wichita's Power 93.9 radio station and was played for over 6 weeks. He has been the opening act to a great reception in his home of Wichita, KS for Industry Heavy Weights such as Snoop Dogg, Sean Garrett, Baby Bash, Mims, Mann, Indie giant Tech-9, newcomer Kreayshawn, and performed at the LIV Festival in Wichita, KS two years in a row. His next project is titled "Vagabond" The Free Album which Manish says is something he put together for the fans to hold them over till the release of his EP series titled Escalators Level 1-3. Manish law looks to raise the bar even higher and continue to prove that he is truly an artist of substance as he is gaining a strong and diverse following online, in the state of Kansas, the Midwest and soon the world.
