The Spin Room (aka: Nick Miley) started 2009 out with a bang, recording his debut EP with Rob Freeman (Cobra Startship, Armor for Sleep, Hit The Lights) and Nash Breen (drummer from Armor for Sleep), “These two amazing dudes helped bring my ideas to life, working with them was a dream.” Hence that’s where Nick came up with the records name, “The Dreams We Keep.” Nick felt he had something to prove and really wanted to be heard. So he put the record up for download on Purevolume.com and by the next day, he had broken onto the charts and was rated number one unsigned band for almost a week straight. He was able to hold a spot in the top ten artists overall for two weeks straight and managed to do this without paying to be on the front page. 23,000 EP downloads later, Purevolume honored The Spin Room with free front page expouser. This is when Nick finally decided he was ready to put my music on iTunes. Even after giving away all of those free records. He was shocked to see how many of his supporter showed up to iTunes to support him. But this was just the beginning, 2010 was far from over. The Spin Room's music was featured on E! Channels; "The Spin Crowd" twice, "Keep Up with the Kardashians"(Season Final) and Married to Rock. As well as MTV's new show The Seven.

"I'm really excited to say that 2011 is going to be an even more amazing year because I'm gearing up to record my debut full length album in early 2011. I plan on working with some great people including Rob Freeman, and Nash Breen again. So keep on the look out for The Spin Room."
