RecommendI didn't know what to expect with this album. I was thinking it would be a little less traditional but I was wrong. Traditional music with an edge of westernism involved. Complete with sitar and tabla lines weaving throughout and with haunting indian chants, it contains loping drum loops as well. Of course something of this quality can not be complete without Bill Laswell being involved. He take care of the bass lines on 4 of the 7 tracks.
