Lone Wolf James is in essence one very talented musician named Gary. He has quite a few other artist help him out along the way but mostly this is his baby. He get's off on playing bluesy rock on his acoustic guitar. I couldn't get the Guns and Roses - Lies comparison out of my mind. Although LWJ is not quite up to that level yet his songs maintain a high quality and show the talent he posesses. Being trained by the same vocal teacher as Gary Cherone (Extreme) and Steven Tyler (Aerosmith) probably has something to do with the hard rocking feel of the album. A very entertaining EP. If he keeps working at it he may realize his dream of sharing the stage with John Fogerty.
