Ahh, Razorback Records. This Label does no wrong and only releases solid Death Metal and Grindcore. Lord Gore is a combination of both genres. This is a very fun album to listen to. The lead singer is very versatile as he goes from Thrashy vocals to extremely low Grind vocals. The lyrics are all about gore, but, that doesn't really matter. The Lyrical matter actually compliments the instruments. The instrumentation for this band is very fun and catchy. I constantly find myself tapping along to each one of their songs. The production on this album is top notch. But that's no surprise because Razorback Records always seems to have a perfect production job on all their releases. It's not over polished like some of the new death metal coming out right now, but, at the same time, it's not the fuzzy production you'd expect from a cult death metal band. All in all, this a great album for lovers of both death metal and grindcore to enjoy.
