This is an amazing Sludge album that is, unfortunately, looked over a lot. This is a metal masterpiece that few albums have ever achieved. Here, we have a raw production with totally warped lyrics and very addicting instrumentation. This band seems to have an obsession with serial killers. The cover art is a picture painted by John Wayne Gacy, and quite a few of their songs deal with insanity and killing. Don't let that turn you off though. After you hear this album, you'll be hooked and wish that they had made more albums. Dax Riggs voice is perfect for this kind of music. His voice is, just like the music, very schizophrenic because it changes a lot. Tempo on this album changes a lot. This keeps the album fresh, and it doesn't really overuse any kind of technique. I strongly recommend any fan of Sludge Metal to listen to this band. You won't regret it.
