The Mercury Program is a band of true musicians showing all that is possible with the post rock sound. This is their sophomore album and is even stronger than their debut. Having a little more complexity than their debut and a liberal use of he vibraphone. The vibes actually add a great element to this sort of music. The band also occasionally add quiet, spoken vocals adding yet more depth to their sound. The jazz leanings that the band has are ever apparent on here too. Space is added when needed but not so much that one gets bored. I honestly could not stop listening to this album and still, have yet to have my fill of it.
