This is one crazy project. Mr. Uwe Schmidt (known to many as Atom Heart) has decided to rework some classic Kraftwerk songs. Not much wrong with that and it has been done successfully a few times but here Schmidt has chosen to do them in a latin dance styles like cha cha, rhumba, and meringue. A little strange because Kraftwerk was so influential in the electronic music field, many say that they invented electronica, themsleves never trying out this style of music. Watch as Schmidt takes Kraftwerk on a journey to places never before imagined. At times totally left field but even then you still find yourself swaying to the rhythms. Kraftwerk like you have never heard it before (and likely ever again). Over all a successful project.
