This mini-album actually snuck up on me. A friend at a record store recommended it and I have been fully enthralled with it since. There really isn't much info on it other than the performers which included the amazing Kid Koala doing his scratches. I have even searched high and low on the internet for some information on Bullfrog and have found nothing. The insert says this is part 2 of a 3 cd series and no one has ever seen the other two. I don't even have any clue on what record label Bullfrog is on. My instincts tell me that it must be a Ninja Tune project. Anyway, the music is very cool. It's a bit of a G. Love and Special Sauce thing with live instrumentation. Bullfrog has 5 tracks on it all with a slow hip hop groove that keeps you grooving all the while. Kid Koala's scratching are very subliminal but very effective.
