Yet another crazy collaboration fronted by Dan The Automator. If your not familiar with Dan yet let me digress. Projects by Dan include the brilliant Handsome Boy Modelling School, Dr. Octagon, Bombay The Hardway, his solo albums and all the other production jobs he has done. This outing he recruits the help of Blur's Damon Albarn, Sean Lennon, Mark Bell, Money Mark, Prince Paul, Peanut butter Wolf among many others. Deltron 3030 find him working with Del and Kid Koala doing a futuristic hip hop funk slab o' wax and with a line-up like that you know your in for a treat. The tone throughout the album is a space feel with bleeps and phasing noises and other special effects. Dan likes the theme album and manages to stay true to the whole theme talking about crushing corporations with a gentle touch. Del is in fine form and the album find Kid Koala doing some of his best turntable work to date. Hold on as Deltron takes you into a very eerie yet funky year 3030.
