One day, I would like to go to Hazard. In fact, I would like to go to the various Hazards. We had the TV series The Dukes of Hazard. Is it the general meaning of the name? Is the name Hazard synonymous in America with a particular type of small town mentality? Is living in a small town like Hazard a hazard?

Marx's ballad is one of those things which sticks in your head and simply won't leave. A simple yet compelling song about a boy living in a small town who is not quite right, he gets befriended by the local beauty and when she ends up dead, he becomes the prime suspect. For a long while I thought this was called The River. Maybe this is your typical pop rock, but like I said it gets to you. I guess that what makes good pop music.
