When James Brown wanted to turn on the heat, he could do it as easily as Elvis. The man simply oozed the erotic whenever he sang. As if to encapsulate those sensations, he released this single as late as the eighties, though the song itself had been around for much longer. No punches pulled here. Brown states it, flaunts it. Hes got it. He can give it to you if he wants to. He is definitely the man.

Not as good in my view as a lot of his earlier stuff, it is nonetheless full of the energy and intensity that characterised his performances and his work right up until his recent death.
