Now I know why I don't watch the X-factor. (Actually that is not the only reason - it is just pure shit designed to appeal to grandma sitting in her rocking chair and knitting, but that will do as a coherent one from a musical standpoint).

As with other Pop Idol wannabes, this guy is doomed to a deserved oblivion. Manufactured pop stars are just too artificial to achieve any serious recognition. How can anyone take seriously a complete nobody who owes his fame to a stupid TV programme only? This is the epitome of 15 minutes of fame. Well, he's had his fifteen minutes so maybe he can now fuck off back to oblivion from whence he came and which he surely deserves as his long-term goal in life. Waitrose are looking for shelf stackers so there's something for everyone after their fifteen minutes of fame has gone.
