RecommendKitten licks is a very charming record. This Austrailian band has been around since the early 90's and are still fairly underground. As Tim Steward (Guitars) and Kellie Lloyd (Bass) switch off vocal duties it adds a nice variety to the band. This album features new(er) drummer Dean Shwereb who adds a bit of vitality to the band. The band has a great ear for melody. Sometimes it overwhelms as the guitars are doing this great harmony and Kellie and Tim are weaving their voices in and out of the mix. They remind me alot of Canada's own Daytona. This album is for those that like great guitar pop.
