The Kensingtons were a late-era jangle pop band from the UK who, for whatever reason, released their music on a German label. The "Hope Corner Lane" EP was released through mail order only and came with a wraparound paper sleeve covering the vinyl. The EP contains four songs, of which one, "Nothing at All", stands out head and shoulders above the rest. With just the right amount of reverb on the guitars, the track comes across as almost a cross-over with Britpop which came later and supplanted jangle-pop.
As far as I know, the Kensingtons disappeared after this but have resurfaced again recently in Australia and released an album in 2010. However, the sound is now very different from what it was in the mid nineties.
