RecommendWow, lots of hype over this album. Jurassic 5 is supposed to change the course of hip hop with Quality Control. I picked it up to see if it was really worth the hype (in the words of the so wise Public Enemy "Don't believe the hype") and I can back up everything said about this album. It's a mother#@*!er! Jurassic 5 know how rock the beat. Unless I can't count it appears that Jurassic 5 is made up of 6 members. 4 MC's, Chali 2NA, Zaakir, Akil and Marc 7, and 2 DJ's, Cut Chemist and DJ Nu-Mark make up the band. The rhymes are so smooth and the scratches and samples are thrown in flawlessly and are very calculated. I can't remember any hip hop album with this cool a vibe. They take a bit from old school rap and toss in the cool elements of todays dj culture. This is hot!
