Lambchop - Tools in the Dryer
Yeah, sure Lambchop. Now your starting to remix your songs so you are that much harder to categorize. There are indeed three remixes here: “The Militant, “Up With People, and “Give Me Your Love. Even though Tools In The Dryer may be marketed as a somewhat “Best of it doesn’t come close to what it’s really about. Just try and compile this bands material and you would have a headache as big as Montana. They have had umpteen albums and twice as many EP’s out. And just how does one pick tracks off of all their brilliant albums? Lambchop member, Jonathan Marx, has done his best at pulling out snippets from the bands almost 15 year existence and he has uncovered some very interesting gems. So if you’re trying to discover what this country rock (dance?) band is all about, don’t expect a total introspective here because Lambchop is so much more. I love the closing track “Moody Fucker, which could sum up Lambchop’s illustrious career.
