Andy Hunter is a fine DJ. He doesn’t really focus on one style either giving him a broader fan-base. Exodus is his first album on Nettwerk Records and it is a really impressive display of all sorts of electronica genres under one DJ. The album kicks off with the ever building “Go�, which just gives us a taste of what’s to come. The music, in general is sprawling epic style tracks that really have a high energy to them. “Sandstorm Calling� is one of the albums most pounding tracks in the vein of progressive house music. “Intercessional� seems like a cross between a good DJ and Underworld. It has the monotone style lyrics and the very cool electronica lines that seem to go forever. The same goes with “Radiate�. Apparently he does most of the vocals on Exodus as well. There are a couple of guest vocalists but the Underworld type vocal is Andy. Andy Hunter has done a great job on creating quite a diverse album and it should get him a little more recognition that just in England.
