Tegan and Sara have had one of those dream careers already. After doing a little demo none other than Neil Young somehow managed to hear it and decided to sign these barely 20 year old twins. Already a local treat in their hometown of Calgary Alberta the girls set out to write their best material yet for this album. What we are treated to is a folk pop treasure in the vein of Ani Difranco. If I just said that it would be unjust to the twins as I feel that their songwriting is much more intuitive than Ani's and even more accessible. The vocals may sound like Difranco but after you let that past you will realize that these girls are very talented. After playing in local punk bands in Calgary they decided that their angst was done and finished so they started doing acoustic songs. This Business Of Art is the result and you definitely won't be disappointed.
