Has your country music lost it's country? Do your yodellers fall flat on flat on their yodels? Have I got the fix for you! One of country's lost talents is back with his latest treasure - Ridin' the Hi-Line. Wylie is the real deal when it comes to cowboy music. He, in fact, lives on a ranch in Montana and when he's not enjoying touring his Wild West band across this great nation of ours he's busy wrangling up horses or writing songs. And if that ain't enough, he's the best damn yodeller since Jimmie Rodgers. It's very strange to be listening to a 2000 release and thinking back to the early 60's. Pretty much the entire album is made up of Wylie originals that would fit beside any classic country song you could think of. He even throws in some country swing.
