This is one of those cd's that have been sitting in my "to be reviewed" pile for quite some time now. It's a shame that I hadn't ventured out to this disc earlier but knowing nothing about Beth Waters I really had no reason to. Upon first listen I knew that this girl has potential. Here voice is more matured than most other ladies out in the music industry that actually make a living at this. The closest comparison I can think of for Beth is Sarah McLachlan. Beth's voice is sure to attract a major label bidding deal. Her album is very professionally produced as well with every highlight, both vocal and instrumental, comes out crystal clear. The album contains 2 live tracks as well as 2 radio performances for you to enjoy, proving that she can pull this off live too. And all her songs are originals as well and she plays a mean piano.
