Holy Fuck does my head hurt after listening to this blistering slab of heavy grindcore. With this Benümb release, if anyone opposes them they will mow you down and cut you into shredded meat. This is only their second album but don't think that they can't provide brutally intense riffs because you would be dead wrong. Just listen to the Listen-to-us-Fuckers song, "Oxygen Thief", that is a short 22 seconds but still complete sheer intensity. The San Francisco band also manages to slow it down a bit too (only for a couple of tracks like "Years of Unjust" which just happens to be the longest track too at 3:59). The rest of the tracks barely make it over the 1 minute mark but in that time they still manage to spit blood and eat your first born child. This isn't for the light hearted.
