Well it seems as if Kittie may have been a bit hard for Sony execs to take so they are back on Artemis for their follow-up to their amazing debut. I think what Sony may have been after was more tracks like “In Winter�, which is one of the more accessible songs on Oracle. Instead we get blistering tracks like “Severed� and the opening title track. There sure ain’t nothing wrong with these songs though. They hit harder than a bus load of Limp Bizkit’s hitting a brick wall (only in my dreams). Just to show that the girls in Kittie have a sense of humour they rip apart Pink Floyd’s “Run Like Hell� and have a blast doing so. Oracle is a classic case of proving one’s worth with an even better sophomore album than their debut. With songs like the trodding “Pink Lemonade�. The girls are stronger than ever and are ready to take on even more off than they did with Spit.
