Nebula is carving out a place for themselves with some killer bottom heavy guitar licks and goofy choruses like just repeating the track name. It’s not like they were the first to do it. Hell, it’s been done for ages but Nebula took what they learned from their stint in similar stone rockers Fu Manchu and developed their own style. This is the sort of music that you crank up in your circa 1950-60 convertible while cruising. It wouldn’t be that out of place in a biker bar either. Nebula have crafted some killer razor sharp riffs to go down with Charged. Play this album for your uncle in rehab who used to listen to Sabbath and watch a smile appear on his face. It’s the sort of music that it doesn’t really take much to play these riffs but when you hear it you just have to turn the volume to 11. One of my favorite tracks is “Instant Gravitation� which has it all. It’s a fine album from one of the better stoner rock bands out there right now. It will go nice right beside the last Fu Manchu.
