From what I can tell, this progressive metal band from Russia has been around since 1997 but they hadn't been able to put out an album until now. It's too bad because this debut from Nordream is amazing. It's a bit of a throwback to the likes of Savatage and such but it's done so well. These guys really know how to play. Nordream consists of Stas Koulikov - drums, Mikhail Khololov - bass, Rouben Kazariyan - guitars, and Julia Chistyakova - keys and there really isn't a bad musician in the band. Once you think of keyboards in a band I usually get discouraged but Nodream have room for them. As with most progressive metal bands there is an overtone of gothic feelings and it fits well with where Nodream are going.
