Therapy? - Suicide Pact - You First
Not letting their major label disappointment (their long time label A&M collapsed last year in the huge Universal / Polygram merger) get to them the pick up right where they left off. At times even go back to their very beginnings. Gone are the pop/metal leanings of Troublegum, their "breakthrough" album, and back are the straight ahead heaviness of their earlier albums. Of the New Album lead singer says "It's the closest we'll get to making a rock and roll album, in terms of feel and attitude." Some tracks he literally growls out the lyrics and others like "Six Mile Water" are actually sung. They have been around for quite some time but they still sound as fresh as they day they started.
