Four albums into their career and Vision of Disorder have created their masterpiece. Yes, its even arguably better than 1998’s Imprint. They have made the move from Roadrunner to the blazing TVT label that is becoming a force to be reckoned with in the hard rock / metal front. Although the band has taken a bit of a new direction, one of originality in the hard rock arena, they are sounding even more at home with what they have created. The album opens up with a fistful called “Living To Die which grinds its way through leaving only fleshy pulp behind. Vision of Disorder is not going to be the heaviest metal band going right now but that’s because the boys have some talent and aren’t afraid to show some emotion. Looking for Rap Metal? That was last years fad. Vision of Disorder are setting up the new school metal with Bliss and just watch as others will follow. They take elements of Sevendust and Alice In Chains and really make some new interesting hard rock / metal that will likely hit the charts due to its accessibility. You will witness some of the finest songs to have come out of metal in the last decade here. Old fans will appreciate the changes while hordes of new fans will flock.
