Many people have grown to love the heavy punk sounds of Zeke. The band ended their existence in 2002 but left behind a legacy of loud music. Live and Uncensored is a collection of mostly live music but also includes 8 studio tracks that have never seen the light of day. The first four tracks were from the Death Alley sessions recorded with Bill Stevenson. The other studio tracks were done with Marky Felchtone at Naf Studios. The band has been sitting on this for a little while and actually started up Dead Teenager records to release it. Donny Paycheck has gone in on this label project with a couple of friends and is now able to build up his own roster of great bands. The live recordings on this album were taken from various shows and contributed by some fans that they can’t remember. This being said, some of the recordings are raw and very low quality. Live and Uncensored is an album for die-hard Zeke fans. People just wanting to check out the contributions of Zeke might be better off with Death Alley or one of their other powerful studio albums.
