Here is another one-man (woman in this case) band. Krista Muir goes by the name Lederhosen Lucil and is tearing up the beer gardens with her brand of Casio rock. From what I can tell, Lucil uses two keyboards to construct this kitschy yet intriguing pop music. She sings her songs in a couple different languages but they all sound cute. She takes the name from the Lederhosen that she wears in concert. Everyone needs a gimick. The beats are different despite being programmed from her keyboards. Krista plays pretty much everything with the help of Terence Bernardo on many of the tracks. There are some tracks that fit into the electro-clash sound that has found popularity lately, like "The Best Dishwasher I Ever Had". I found myself thinking of Peaches if only she wasn't such a slut. Lederhosen Lucil is more for the geek in all of us. Many people will find this music way to quirky but college rock radio will play Tales From The Pantry repeatedly.
