The Lords Of Acid have been and always will be one of the most cultish electronica bands ever going. In actual fact, it would be Acid House rather than electronica, if you want to get particular. And Lords of Acid are the reigning kings of the genre. Nothing is sacred according to the Lords. With track names like "Pussy", "Rough Sex" and "Nasty Love" you start to see what this seminal band is all about. This might be where Peaches got her balls from, listening to music like Lords Of Acid. It's about time that we were treated to a Lords Of Acid compilation though, and that's exactly what they deliver on Greatest Tits. While I have never been a huge fan of the Lords, Greatest Tits comes off as a great listen, showcasing the groups entire life in 15 songs. Electronica fans out there need to have a listen to find out where some of the influences of today's artists came from. Sure, Lords of Acid are far from relevant today but they did have quite an effect on people. S&M fans all over the world have listened to this Belgian group at one point or another. Maybe not rave material but there are some dancy tracks on here that should get you shaking in convulsions. Think of some of the tracks as a cross between house and industrial ("Rubber Doll"). There was nothing sacred in the Lords Of Acid realm. Enjoy!
