Disco is on it’s way back and leading the pack will be France’s Rinocerose. Their house heavy music on Music Kills Me is laced with everything you could love about disco’s past fused with house’s 90’s flair. The two main members of Rinocerose are French psychologists so they know what makes a mind have a great time. What Rinocerose does is retro-fit today’s house music with flutes and heavy grooves not unlike St. Germain. Upon first listen one may think that Rinocerose is just copying bands like the aformentioned and Stardust but you can hear the skill in the mixes upon closer examination. Music Kills Me is meant for one thing only, Dancing. And dance you will when Rinocerose gets into your blood. This is the way to do disco house with a bit of rock thrown in for good measure. Music Kills me has the right ingredients for a successful party.
