This collection of hip hop exclusives is a must have for any rap fan. DJ Rhettmatic was able to culminate 15 tracks that are only available on this collection. The way they are presented are fantastic. Rhettmatic made the decision, because these were exclusive tracks, to offer them in their original format as well as in his mixed format. Up Above Records and Manhattan Records teamed up to discover these gems for delight of all hip hop fans. They definitely picked the right host in DJ Rhettmatic. He does a fine job giving these tracks the treatment that they deserve. Why these tracks weren't available before this point is beyond be because they are some of the hottest hip hop tracks to surface in a while. Featured artists are Jay Dee, Geology, a beautifully funky track from DJ Spinna, The Beatnuts, Dilated Peoples, Kool G Rap, Tony Touch, Jurassic 5, Pete Rock, and Visionaries among many others. I have no idea where a guy like Rhettmatic starts on a project like this. He's brought a crate of exclusive tracks, all amazing, and he has to go about mixing them all together in a seamless manner. He's done a great job and this collection stands as a very essential turntablism album.
