Roll out the red carpets of the music industry., rookie of the year may already be here in Luti-Kriss. Blending together such as hard/core, rap/metal, thrash, and just a pinch of Emo, Luti-Kriss is sure to take a red carpet stroll. The new L.P. "Throwing Myself" is not only a plethora of Aggro-Rock, but it's a sign of things to come for music and its caretakers. Now before you go to your fine local retailer and purchase this amazingly out of control compact disc, do NOT expect it to have an immediate impact on the predictable mainstream world that is currently ruined yet owned by acts such as Limp Bizkit. Oddly enough during the listening of each and everytrack I found myself hearing not only solid music for the present time, but just maybe the future of "Hard Music" and where its previously stereotyped past might be headed. Every song drowned out with enough repetitive riffs to make any soul salivate. Predictable drum splash', wrist motivating riffs, and esophagus emptying chords emotionally draining enough to set off the screamer in all of us! Unfortunately with good things there come bad things. As all of us know the problem with catchy rythymic music, is after the 10th or 15th listen, you might find yourself bored with the same old aforementioned "predictable" riffs. Either way don't stray, its an unfortunate setback necessary to heading into a new generation of music. This being said, understand I am not by any means a screemo fan, but as an avid music listener there is only one word to describe this trendsetting effort. Draining!
