Weary ambient dub-Jazz that creates a mood, cranked to the max or turned down to a whisper, which is the test of a good groove. This single features two long tracks, "Streets" and "Nozomi", and both maintain their vibe throughout. This was originally a side project for Tarentel's Danny Grody and Trevor Montgomery from Lazarus. The turns that guest trumpet, upright bass and drums, with the occasional rock guitar fill create tunes that are both tight and build off the Grody and Montgomery's improv chops. The full CD is definitely worth a listen.
