Flash Bastard is fun-loving punk band from Vancouver B.C. that lives hard and plays even harder. They don’t hold back anything and bands like The Scorpions and Motley Crue have kicked them off of their tours for their crazy antics. Motley Crue even signed the band to their Americoma label. I don’t know what happened to the record deal but Bastard Radio is a killer melodic but hard-hitting punk album that will have you singing along in no time. They make use of plenty Whoah oh oh’s in many of their songs but they fit in nicely. There are some glam influences here at work but don’t let that get in the way of your opinion of the band. Flash Bastard don’t let up and go balls out for pretty much the entire album. Punk is the number one priority, followed by melodic fun. They may be brash in their performance but their delivery really is flawless. Be sure to check out Bastard Radio if your into old school melodic punk.
