Justice coming late is still justice. Balance of Terror was the only full length release for Wrecking Crew, aside from a few 7 ’s and a song or two on some comps. This 1989 release more than held its own in a tough and legendary Boston hardcore scene of the mid-80's. guitarists John Darga and Ralph DiNunzio’s brutal and melodic riffs predated metalcore, and matched the power of both locals The Proletariat and Gang Green, as well as Fear and Bad Brains. The pissed and snotty vocals of Glenn Dudley help make every song on here, from “Guts & Glory and “ Why Must They”, to “ Old Enough and “In Your Head” just as vital and glorious as when they were dropping many jaws, including mine, at the Channel on Saturday all-ages. A must have, as history lesson and present ammo for the fight.
