RecommendPlanes Mistaken For Stars is a bit of weird mix. Not to mislead you in any way but what the band does is mix the soft fuzzy side of the music known as emo and put a protective coating around it to disguise it as killer hardcore/metal. What this does in turn is make emo easier to swallow for the hardcore fans and vice versa. If either of these types of music turns your crank you will find some merit in what PMFS offers. Screaming out lyrics while being backed by catchy guitar riffs still works in this day and age. Still awaiting their first full length but in the meantime, this angry slab will have to hold us over.
