Kill the mosquito! El Hombre Burbuja, an indie pop/rock group from Spain are a delicacy sorely under appreciated here in the fast food franchise known as the music industry. We want more and we want it yesterday, yet perhaps the greatest treat escapes our taste buds as we wolf it all down. Nadando a Crol is an example of one of these overlooked delights. Ranging from curious strange spoken tracks like “Kill The Mosquito” and lightly sung joys such as “Trece”; this album brings a new flavour to the plate. Fun, delicious bass, quickbeats and dynamic keyboard tunes bring this record to life. They may not be the most innovative awe-inspiring sound out there, but it’s definitely worth a listen.
