Gruvis malt are incomparable. Unpredictable and unconventional, this 6 piece have created a unique blend of rap, hip hop, rock, funk and jazz, thrown in soothing sweet vocals thus giving birth to the genre “futurock”. Some of the instruments you may hear on this would be keyboards, saxophone, trombone, as well as drums, guitar and bass. Many a time the fusion between genres clash and create havoc yet it’s one the listener hangs onto awaiting its development in wonder. “The Fists of Protocol” a super smooth battle of melodies and “Water Closet” an all instrumental chaotic procession of saxophone, keys and guitar display the talent and skill these guys have in bringing different sounds together and presenting them in one, incredible album.
