The Paperboys are what you might call a hometown success. I should stop right here and let you know that hometown actually means their entire home country of Canada. Coming from Vancouver the bands third album is as much of a celtic rave up as their previous two albums. This one is influenced greatly by the band leader, Tom Landa's, visits to Spain, Mexico, Ireland and North America. It's a sort of celtic notebook of all the world sounds combined into one but with the celtic flavour being the most prominent. Tom Landa has a great voice and is very charismatic in the delivery of all the songs. Some tracks they play with a more of a rock flavour and it just adds even more of a variety to the CD. This album will only create more of a great happy feelgood folk feeling amongst both fellow Canadians and music lovers all over the world.
