Again, the case of a world class band having never acheived the success that they deserved, Buffalo Tom career highlight has to be Let Me Come Over. Not to take away from all their other great releases but LMCO goes that one step beyond perfection. If you are unfamiliar with the band, they have a knack for playing full on rockers like "Velvet Roof" that get you totally going. Then the next moment is an aching ballad like "Taillights Fade". Bill Janovitz and company have a chemistry together and it is never more apparent than on this fine album. When a band can rock as hard as this and still bare their soul; that's honest music.
