For their first try The Hush sound gave an extremely solid debut album. While a very good album and a must have for a fan of the band, it seems to be inconsistent(which is to be expected for a first album). Having heard Like Vines first you can easily tell the sound they were trying to achieve on this album was found and perfected on their second album. A very good album but not great. The vocals do not seem as strong and profound as they do on Like Vines. This deserves a listen and a buy if you like the band. For some they will enjoy it and think nothing to special of it and for fans of the band they will love it cause it will make Like Vines that much better. I loved the album just not enough to be to excited of it. So in conclusion it is a good album especially for the first try but nothing that will floor you.
