Kate's new album is ideal for traditionalists. She manages to provide a timeless feel to Sleepless, her new album. For the most part Rusby has written the tracks here but a few are traditional folk songs re-arranged. She also gives Iris Dement's "Our Town" her own twist. "All God's Angels" is a beautiful duet with fellow folkie Tim o'Brian. Although she comes from England she has a nice overtone of Celtic folk in her voice (which is mesmerizing at the best of times) and instrumentation. Rusby is one to stick to what she believes in and will ever give in to commercialization. Keep up the good work Kate.
