NOISE was release independently from Built By Snow.  The band has a great indie feel to them, with rock styles a little like that of, dare I say, the Foo Fighters.  Noise contains a lot of great tracks from this band to watch for in 2008.  JP does a great job with his vocals, as they contribute much to each track on their digital EP.  A track that stood out most to me, was the song Radio.  The beginning sounds much like Bloc Party, which is awesome for a band to pull out a great sound such as that.

It's nice to see a band that doesn't have to just turn distortion all the way up and scream vocals into the microphone.  Built By Snow handles their music in the most delicate fashion. Noise is a great EP from Built By Snow.  They utilize every member of their band equally, there is no one person doing more than the other in this group.  Built By Snow is definitely a band to watch in the upcoming year.
