What do you get when you take a  talented lyricist and add it with some mad piano skills along with a fresh voice? You get Ian Axel, a 22-year old New Jersey native. This six song EP titled Im On To You is a record filled with inspirational lyrics and catchy harmonies. The lead-off song is called "Stand Tall." The song sounds like it is simply meant to inspire people into being a better version of themselves, yet it is the low point of the album. The second song, "Afterglow" reminds me of Jack's Mannequin very much. It has a gorgeous piano melody and the lyrics are something to behold. Ian shows his range in the following song that is titled "Heartbreak Girl." This track is easily one of the most catchy and is put together and delivered perfectly. The next two songs seem to be fillers until the last song which is the best of the set. "We Are" is the final and the best song. It is a beautiful melody with lyrics that are meaningful and well written. Ian's vocals throughout the album did not dissapoint. He has a perfect voice for the music he makes. Ian Axel is a extremely talented musician and has me waiting for more. I'm On To You is a good album and shows his talent but it shows how much potential he has much more than anything else.
